What financial disclosures do I need to submit to the University?

WVU disclosures cover Conflict of Interest (COI) and Conflict of Commitment (COC) related to an employee’s time, effort, responsibilities, and outside financial interests. Dependent upon your role or roles at the University, you may have one or more disclosure submission requirements to satisfy all policy obligations.

Need to Report a Concern?

WVU encourages employees to discuss concerns with their supervisors or appropriate University personnel, Human Resources, or the General Counsel’s Office.

The University will not take retaliatory actions against employees or constituents who make good faith reports about potential misconduct. The EthicsPoint reporting system is a confidential alternative for reporting issues.
